VITA INSTALLER 1.97b doesn't really exist, it's a Youtube scam. All the "creators" really want is you writing surveys for them (or for their wallets, since they are paid for those) hoping to get an application which does not, I repeat, does not exist. A quick Google search will tell you this much.

There are no ISO's/ROM's/Tutorials/Apps/Instructions to be found, this software isn't real.
