Did you use/update to the correct firmware?

i.e. Did you use the DSi firmware instead of the DSone SDHC firmware?

Can't really think of anything other than that as sp8 is working fine on my card (though I don't really use it). Can you give any more information?

How To Troubleshoot Your Flashcart:

STEP 1: Make sure you're not using the card reader that comes with the flashcart. Buy your own.
STEP 2: Check your microSD card for smudges on the contacts. Clean with a QTIP. You can add a bit of alcohol onto the QTIP, if wanted.
STEP 3: Check your Flashcart for any abrasions or smudges on the contacts. Clean with a QTIP. You can add a bit of alcohol onto the QTIP, if wanted.
STEP 4: Possibly, your Flashcart is not making perfect contact the DS. Try the "Paper Shim Trick" to close the gap and make the space tighter.
STEP 5: Copy all of your games and saves off your microsd card to your computer (BACKUP). Download the latest "Panasonic SD Formatter" and quick format with this application. Install the latest firmware again from a different/reliable site. Then add on your games and saves to the newly formatted card.
STEP 6: Try another DS.
STEP 7: Possibly the "GAMES" you have are faulty. You know what to do here...
STEP 8: If all else fails, get a new Flashcart and/or MicroSD Card.

Tell us what happens.

You forgot an important step when dealing with a Supercard DS-One: Use the self test when the NDS logo starts to disappear. When the logo fades to the Supercard loading screen, hold L+R+UP. This should enter a white screen. Just press A until it starts to count through some numbers and letters. This takes about 20 seconds give or take. If you get any red text saying something like this, be worried-

psram error!
cell error! addr=0001ad34

This text is a telltale sign your card has a faulty PSRAM chip. What that chip does seems to be to provide the extra real time features of SCDSOne. Not 100% sure about that. If you have it, the only true way to play games on your card would be to use Ysmenu or TTDS firmware. There were instructions to flash the internal battery with a metal tool, but this only works for a few hours before giving the error again. You could also risk shorting something important out by messing with the internals.
