ROM Hack White screen on new ds roms

Hi all.

Why when i download a new game for my R4 card (running v1.18) most load up then just display a white screen top & bottom.

v1.18 is out-of-date, so your R4 can't play most new games. Is your R4 original or fake? Some R4 can use Wood firmware, I think the latest Wood version is 1.13, you can search for it or maybe it's available in http://www.filetrip.net/
