Hardware Which USB Y cable works with Wii U?

Im looking for a USB Y Cable that works with my external hard drive Seagate Expansion Portable. I cant seem to find any on Norwegian websites. I was thinking about buying this one, but its 15$ in shipping. Or are there better solutions like a external power supply?

you can use an external power supply like I do with the virtual wii, but you'll need a new enclosure probably, which may be more expensive.
