Gaming Which one will you buy? Lets go Pikachu? Lets go Eevee?

In my case, my sistra buys Lets Go Pikachu, and I'll gete Lets Go Eevee

I'm Pokemon fan and hopefully I can pick up Gen 8, but I feel like they went too far with the Pokemon Go features by taking away wild Pokemon battles. Also, it doesn't seem like enough content here, to justify the price change.

you are aware there are wild battle in lets go, right?
I mean, from what I've heard, yes there are features between pokemon go and Pokemon lets go
But I highly doubt that you will only catch pokemon with Pokemon Go and transfer them to Lets Go
It would ruin their franchise

You catch Pokemon in Pokemon Let's Go, you just don't actually battle them like you do with the trainers. Seems like the exception are Legendary Pokemon, which we learned about recently. Still, that doesn't make up for it being missing for most of the game.

If I were to pick one, it would be Pikachu, since you can't evolve Eevee.

I think I'm going with Pikachu. The fun of Eevee is in the evolution, if you can't evolve it, it just isn't worthwhile for me. Meanwhile Pikachu is better than Raichu, so I've no reason to evolve it.

A level 100 Eevee is just sad. You can't get its best evolutions at that point, forever stuck with the Kanto stone trash </3

This is the Pokemon game that disappointed me the most. Only the 1st Gen available, no wild Pokemon battles (replaced by pokemon go mechanics) and Kanto once again. This is too much, we've been served 1st generation pokemon for too long.
