Advance wars 1+2 and both Golden Sun are the ones i played and loved the most on my GBA, Final Fantasy Tactics advanced is also a good game.

Also played alot of Harvest Moon Friends of Mineral Town on my GBA micro when i had a job that had alot of short "downtimes"

-Metroid Fusion.
- Zero Mission.
-Advance War.

-Dragon Ball Z Buu's Fury..
it is the best game with a good graphic.

So for me, these are the best games on the GBA that I've played so far. Pokemon was fun, but definitely not the best.
