Hmm....never actually used the feature myself as of yet.....but....
Maybe something like Geometry Wars? I guess anything where the action gets too intense could benefit from the feature. Problem is, I always forget the Cyclo even has that feature.
Elite Beat Agents, without the sound though.
It would be good for Marathon Tetris.
I've tried it on a couple puzzle games with timers, but it wasn't responsive enough with the delays to actually be useful. That's just from my testing, though.
Mario and luigi partners in time, good for bros items, really makes it easy to get insane copy flower and trampoline damage.
Puzzle games like planet puzzle league?
Hmmm maybe Bangai-O Spirits when it gets crazy or one of those beat the bombs?
Warioware for some of the later levels.
Bomberman Land Touch series, but from what I've seen it doesn't work on music minigames.
I'd guess Mario Party also, but haven't tried it. Basically anything that needs "spam input" I guess.
Anything with a ridiculous timer.
Also...Metal Slug on Hard?

I only used it once, on Megaman ZX, to get this one item (sub-tank, I think it was) where you have to run away from flowing magma and break walls with special charged shots. It was a bitch getting the jumping and charging timing right.
Bomberman minigames. Some are just too high paced and some are cake.
Mario Kart .. Snaking.
Wouldn't it be useful in the mini-games on Final Fantasy 4?
I never thought to use it on Trauma Center. Gez that'd make the later levels on TC2 a heck of a lot easier!
