Hacking Which DSTWO pack to download

Ive not long bought two dstwo flash cards, I have already set them up with roms and the dstwo firmware. However I ave just noticed that on the offial supercard site there are 2 dstwo packs. One is the fw and the other is the OS. Ive downlaoded the OS and saw that there is a lot more stuff in this pack. Should I stick with the fw pack or use the full os package. What are the advantages/disadvantages? Thank in advance guys

The EOS is what you want
it should come with _dstwo, _dstwoplug, moonshell, etc

the firmware loads the EOS and should already be on the dstwo
