Yeah why would you bother supporting your product. That's just such a crazy idea isn't it? I never said they should compete with Akaio I said they should work with the Akaio team to solve problems, fix bugs, add features. So yeah since they don't support their product they suck. They are just one of many cards the only thing that sets them apart from the DSTT is Akaio. So the Acekard is a run of the mill card and the team that supports it sucks but Akaio is really good.

They changed the rom image for their DSi card this past year, a few hours work at most. That's not support and what support did AK2 users get? None. Normat would certainly use any help offered. He incorporates features and fixes from wood when there's something he can use. So if Team Acekard supported their card which they don't Akaio would be a lot better.

I have yet to see an R4i clone that has had a firmware fix. Also, the acekard fix was one of the first and was made quickly, clearly mean they care.

No they don't, their form of "1.4.1 update" is "buy our new cart that supports it". I have not seen a single one (outside of the R4i Ultra) that has a user-updateable bootloader.

Not for everybody. When the game first came out, there were a lot of people complaining. And I read on some other sites of people just bashing team acekard all together for not fixing it.

AFAIK R4i Gold came after the 1.4.1 update, so there are no carts that don't have it applied.
