I just donwloaded the retroarch nightly build and PCSX reARMed is not here...

February 5th, 2017 update: FCEUMM (NES), nxengine, NEStopia, 2048, Gambatte (Gameboy), gpSP (GBA), mednafen (VB, NGP, WSWAN, PCE), SNES9x (SNES), catsfc (SNES), picodrive (Genesis), CatSFC Plus (SNES), Pocketsnes, DOSBox, FBA (CPS1, CPS2, Neo Geo), quickNES, fMSX, Genesis Plus GX, MAME .078, 2003, 2000 emulators are now included.

If you are asking why there isn't a PCSX ReArmed in the zip after downloading, then you didn't read it because it states what is included.

besides @nooby89 unless you now have a N3DS and forgot to change your sig, its going to run really subpar on an O3DS. if you really want PS1 on the go, a cheap Used PSP is better (even compared to PCSXRE:armed on N3DS, perfect Framerate (as this is a native function)+ much higher compatibility (if you dont mind finding the right POPS to use w/ POPSLoader/ finding the right ID to use. )
