Someone (some group?) made DSTT v1.17a13rev09 (what ever that rev09 means) and just updated infolib, extinfo and savlib over existing a12 and thats why it's not v1.17a13rev09. It also seems some sides name it v.117 and 1.1.7

No, they "copied" those files from pong and retrogamefan.
That's at least what I heard.

i think we should stop using the word stealing unless we can make actual fixes and also naming it as whose extinfo is that

For your information, the 1.17a12 firmware was unofficial. So "true", yeah, not so much. I mean, there's no "true" firmware here, as there is no fake. People just keep updating the damn files and post them to share it with us. 'That bad?
