This switch 2 talk goes against everything Nintendo represents. And the people who keep bringing it are just looking for new content.

did you have a stroke? The 3ds took like several years to mod. The switch took a year to mod. And plus more power means you can do more things with a modded switch 2

Most homebrew devs don't support piracy. The 3ds is one of the only consoles that was reverse engineered by pirates.

Most hackers actually just want to run unauthorized code, and implement safe guards against piracy.

but I got a friend who has a friend that works at Nintendo and they are running behind on their schedule waiting for all of the legendary members from GBA Temp to place their pre-orders

This 100%. There have been quite a few major hackers who are completely against piracy and refuse to include the tools to help with it. Prime example here is SciresM the lead of AtmosphereNX. There is a reason to signature patching is included in Atmosphere.
