What’s the easiest way to install HBC on a new Wii that has 4.0?

It’s been awhile since I messed around with soft modding a Wii. I haven’t tried the USB ISO loader method yet. I’m going to modd my cousins Wii and he would be better off with playing games off of backup discs and using the backup launcher. He is very young.

I usually use this method:
--Install Twiligt Hack USA gamesave over previous Twilight Save

--Play Twilight Hack 0 Save

--Install Wad Manager 1.3
Install IOS16-64-v257.wad

--Load Wad Manager IOS16
Install cios_fix.wad

--Load Wad Manager 1.3
Install GammaShadowMosesNTSC.wad
Install 07-cIOS249-v7_waninkokoFULL-nw7.wad

--Connect to Internet and Update Hombrew Channel

--Install cIOS36_rev8-Installer file

Sorry if my question is noobish, but I didn’t have any luck with the forums search engine. If someone can help me or point me in the right direction, I would much appreciate it.

Use hackmii installer v0.2, I believe it uses banner bomb to install HBC.

Nope, didn't know what bannerbomb is. I stated in my original post I've been out of the scene for a little bit.
