Hacking Euro PAL SD install files for Euro Wii

Does anyone know where I can find an SD install file pack for Euro PAL Wii? The Homebrew Wii videos I've seen only have the set for NTSC Wii. I'm talking about the file pack with all the usb HDD enabling, priiloader, NAND backup, Neogamma, etc, etc. The video I was watching said there were different ones for 4.3U, vs 4.3E.

There isn't a "file pack" u just go get the required apps u want to install
