Hey what information is inside the License request. Dat did someone decrypt it?

Probably just a HASH of some specific write protected console unique information, and the reply is quite probably a DIGITAL SIGNATURE on that HASH, performed using TX's private keys in an asymmetric encryption fashion.

It has the console's fingerprint ID & generates a code for that ID, that's why it gets locked to that device & you have to make a new key if using the SX on a new device as it pairs it as a handshake.

I am guessing, but it would be the most logical implementation, that the "licence key" is just a digital signature to your console fingerprint (unique data HASH). Nothing else.

It’s what’s used to request a license from the sx os servers. I honestly can’t remember what’s in it, but it’s probably hashes and a unique console ID.
