Probably should have ordered before christmas then logic says stock will be low or gone. you can do modchipcentral http://www.modchipcentral.com/store/R4i-3DS-RTS-USA-CANADA.html might take a week since they ship from CA with USPS or you can do nds-card and wait roughly a month.

Shoptemp is semi outdated and no one really uses it some things are probably fake on the site and I can't recall any threads in the past year even mention that site, maybe someone has more info on it. Just stick to the main US sites everyone uses peachds/modchipcentral/modchipsdirect.
