It is a new revision of DS.
It's smaller, have bigger screens, one extra light mode, 2 cameras, SD card reader, no GBA port, added music playback (ACC), it has onboard memory of unknown size, has a built-in web browser, it will be able to download stuff from DSware (think WiiWare for DS), it supports Mii's.

It's not coming into the US until after April of next year. So, no point of trading it in now....
