Nintendo's SecureMonitor and Kernel have zero security bugs according to Scires, who has reimplemented both (twice in the case of the SecureMonitor) and has spent lots of time looking at them. Userspace vulns, while they exist, are largely useless, you can't get CFW or anything fun with them.
The looked at their past, learned from it, and successfully wrote a new OS from scratch that has zero significant vulns.
