Can't play most games with a Mac.
After so many software updates. The iMac will slowly die. Not to mention “non-user serviceable parts”. Really, change the ram or hdd. What's wrong with a Mac?

Same principle, overpriced for the hardware that's in it and nearly all the internal connectors are proprietary (they even came up with their own m.2 based SSD connector, for fucks sake! Who does that???)I am talking about macOS laptop.. Not iMac.
I'm surprised they don't just sauldor the flash storage chips to the board and have a single storage size per model at this point.nearly all the internal connectors are proprietary (they even came up with their own m.2 based SSD connector, for fucks sake! Who does that???)
At this point it's still cheaper for them to have them configured at the Apple stores by their employees so they never have extra inventoryI'm surprised they don't just sauldor the flash storage chips to the board and have a single storage size per model at this point.
Not true at all, I just spent literally 5 minutes on eBay and found this for only $59 over budget plus shippingFor 600 bucks you wont get anything worth gaming on for a laptop.
That makes sense and explains several things. At this point it's still cheaper for them to have them configured at the Apple stores by their employees so they never have extra inventory
Yeah, I guess your right! When I wrote that I wasn't thinking of used or refurbed laptops. Personally, I wouldn't buy one but that's my opinion. Not true at all, I just spent literally 5 minutes on eBay and found this for only $59 over budget plus shipping
Edit: Here's another one, similar specs, a tad cheaper, and no shipping
