What kind of sandwich do you like?

White bread, cheese, some ham, mayo.

Also as a slavic person i have taste for dark bread with thick layer of lard with cracklings and onions, slightly salted obviously. Add to that crispy soured cucumber and i'm in heaven.

OP talked about potato chips in sandwiches. Its actually a brilliant idea that I used to do as a student. It adds crispy bonus to your sandwich.

That's before I met fried onions.

However a simple baguette and cheese is my go-to snack.
