Hey,
yes I know thats a noob question,
but I didnt have any idea what that is.
I heard a fuse is a anti Downgrade/Upgrade Mechanic from Nintendo.
I have heard there are a lots of problem when I use an EmuNAND (SX OS).
My Question when I use an EmuNAND and update the SysNAND and let my EmuNAND Firmware on for example 6.2.0.
Then im fine. And can use Homebrew on the EmuNAND and on the SysNAND normal Online Games.
And need I ChoiDojour to update or can I press the System Update button in the settings?

Fuses are only checked by official bootloader which expects a specific number of burnt fuses for your system version, your sysNAND firmware (not the one installed on your emuNAND)
https://switchbrew.org/wiki/Fuses
To avoid burning fuses, you have to enable AutoRCM on your sysNAND (beware, ChoiDuJourNX launched from emuNAND CFW will not activate AutoRCM on your your NAND but emuNAND which is pointless ^^)
I guess you shouldn't do a system update via Settings while running a CFW (both sysNAND & emuNAND). ChoiDuJourNX is safer.
Can't help you more with emuNAND specific questions since I don't have SX OS.
