Hello, what if I do a system transfer from my unbanned 2ds to my n3ds? Do you think it can unban my system? And will it lose my a9lh on my n3ds?

I have A9LH on my 2DS and N3DSXL

Well, since it's presuming console-banning, I think it will change nothing
A user on this forum said he successfully transferred from ban to non-ban but i think it doesn't work in this direction
But you can always give it a try and tell us what's happening

How much do you think my New 3DS XL is worth? It has full Arm9LoaderHax, it can go onto the eShop, you could download any game, but you cannot link a NNID to it. And it comes with an 8GB microSD card.
