Hacking What Flashcart is best for me?

Greetings, I'm not too knowledgeable on flashcarts hence this thread.
Am looking for something that works both with DSi and 2DS/3DS/N3DS (with arm9lh + luma)

um nvm the page for that cart says it's not been updated in a while, and will never be, and if I buy it they will just send a R4i Gold instead lol

In my opinion, the R4i Gold (r4ids.cn) is the best flashcart on the market.
