Ah, I was hoping it wasn't that......
You see, if you download the v4.02 kernel from www.r4iii.com, the folder actually contains two different kernels. One is the one you use on your card (R4.DAT), which is a customized DSTT clone, the other is for a R4 clone (_DS_MENU.DAT). They must sell both type of clones, and then lump both kernels into one folder for download.
I'm sorry, but the files I gave you are for a R4 clone; you have a DSTT clone. You can also tell by how the loading screen looks.
I don't think it will be possible to boot straight into YSMenu with your card. I tried playing around with the kernel you use, but it is highly customized as uses a DLDI called "DEMON", not "TTIO".
I'm not sure if you will even be able to load YSMenu as a .nds file. It's too much guess work for me without actually having the card to play around with.
If anyone has an R4 SDHC clone that boots a _DS_MENU.DAT file name; I would still like someone to try this decrypted YSMenu on it.
BTW, here is a pic of the encrypted R4III v4.02 running on my authentic R4 (just for shits).......
