ANYONE PLZ WHAT IS THIS :

Remove rescue-menu diagnostic disc check ??????????????

IS a speical Disc check that looks for Nintendo Special Recovery Disc which you dont have and you need to remove this because even if you stick in the Press Y recovery mode it will never Autoboot Zelda or any Org Wii Game cause it will only be lookin for Nintendo's Special Disc thats why you need to remove it. So you can autoboot any Org Wii Game including Zelda TP

anything like starfall for 3.3u?

Why would you want to do such a thing? All the benefits of the later menus can be had on 3.2 if you are willing to fiddle with stuff (not to mention the 3.3 whatever version is now outdated).

"Start rescue-menu when Y is held on 1st GC controller" + "Remove rescue-menu diagnostic disc check" allows you to boot ANY game while skipping the system menu.
Just hold Y on the first GC controller while you turn on the Wii console, and it will boot the game.
If you keep the Twilight Hack save on your wii, this allows you to autoboot Zelda and fix a banner brick, for example.

If you have a modchip, you could burn a WadManager DVD, and autoboot it using the rescue-menu, allowing you to uninstall any bad-wads if you get a banner brick.

Another use for the rescue-menu, is to boot games using only the GC controller. You could play Brawl without having to use a wii remote+sensor bar to boot it.
Too bad the rescue-menu doesn't work for GC games =[ (at least for me)
