personally the game size doent define how good the game is, just because the game size is big also doent mean it has good graphics either it may just be full of FMV sequences and Demos e.g SSBB

A game like animal crossing is less than 100MB i belive or wii sports which is incereably small also. Lots of times, when you get a really big game, it is usally good, but it really doesnt say much in general.

Fun fact, Animal Crossing for game-cube is only like 35MB. Prolly cuz its a direct port of the n64 version but thats still pretty insane.

The size only reflects the amount of data, images, video, sound, and other resources needed for the game. Many of the Guitar Heros/Rock Bands weigh in around 4 GB due to having 3GB+ of music and charts along with probably a gig of textures and lighting. On the flipside, Wii Sports uses basic textures and only a few sounds, and fits inside 300MB.

Brawl is a classic case; it contains more than 2GB of full-motion prerendered video.

It is interesting to note that Twilight Princess, which is a port of the GCN version, is barely 1 GB in size.
