What does "I hadn't started finished yet?" have to do with autism?

repeating the question doesn't add clarity, it just makes the next person ask "what are you talking about" also

I'd wager they asked somewhere else and somebody called them autistic in some weak insult, and that English isn't the OP's first language.

Ah right. Basically they were using it as an insult, there's no link to that sentence and autism. I wouldn't worry too much about it.
