This morning I mixed Cocoa Puffs with Cocoa Krispies [but I stopped at adding Nestles Quick], with milk.

I got some life force for breakfast, lunch, and dinner today.

It's really useful; if you have any idiot demon spirits bothering y'all, I recommend crushing them wide open and extracting their life forces and then discarding the rest into the incinerator, like a coconut. Very nutritious, even though life force is intangible.

I've gotten much younger and healthier after three servings of life force in one day. It's quite permanent too.
