When I see it I'd say it's blue and black if it weren't for that "gold" part at the top:

But when I see it without that part it's definitely blue and black, and the gold parts are nothing more than the reflection of the light, as you can see:

Holding a white/gold shirt in poor lighting isn't gonna be magically blue/black. It's gonna be blue/black that is gonna appear a bit brighter. Look at the fucking area around the dress. A bit too bright. Shitty filter camera.

I originally saw the white/gold dress, but then I watched this video and started seeing it as black/blue after the rubix cube part, even the picture here on gbatemp so it wasn't the vid. Very odd how our brains work.

I tested it myself a while back. It's blue and gold. Not blue and black. Not white and gold.

Photoshop, paint, gimp etc will allow you to test the colours...

In that pic its a bluey/purpley colour and gold, my partner sees it as purple and black so everyone's different
