"So I got myself QCY T5 TWS air pods. I tried them with my pc and my PSVita en there is almost no lag with gaming mode on. I wanted to use them with my Switch and PS4. Is there an adapter that has USB-c but it can be connected to USB-A wit an adapter. Any recommendation?"

UPDATE!
I got the Gulikit and I can confirm minimal Latency with the QCY T5 TWS earbuds with gaming mode. So I got a Bluetooth option, for both Switch and PS4 for around 32€. Also they work really well with PSVita 2000, with minimal latency with the Vita's own Bluetooth.

I hope this info id useful for someone!

I personally like the Gulikit one. Slim form factor, different color options, you can hook up the mic to it. that is my personal choice.
