Hacking What battery does a M3 Lite take

Hi all, getting a blank screen on my M3 Lite. Reading on it might be a dead battery. I know I need a rechargeable battery. Does it matter what type I put in there. They all seem to be 3V but different mAh. Does that matter?

Blank screen is usually more dirty pins or poor contact on either the flash cart of GBA slot of what you are using.

Different amp hours will usually correspond to different thicknesses (if you can see the numbers then the second two numbers is the thickness in mm). I don't know how much space is available in the M3 lite offhand

The first letters are also important and you ideally want to match them -- different chemistries have different charging needs and might not be cross compatible.

Thanks for the reply and the link. I've tried cleaning the contacts with isopropyl on both the carts and the GBA as well as the SD slot. Only thing to try is the battery and then the bin
