What are the conditions, for Tinfoil to recognize a nsp file and display the game in New Games tab?

Hi, hope you guys could give me some information about the current issue at hand.
I and a friend of mine planned to host a server to download switch games. But the issue is that while some games do show up in Tinfoil's New Games tab, some are not.

So my questions are the following:
1. What are the conditions for the file that has to be met that enable Tinfoil to get its metadata and direct it to New Games tab?
2. What are the tools, API which can set the file's metadata? Any link to github's repo is appreciated.

If you are using tinfoil websebserver it has to do with the way the file it is named.
