But I wouldn't trust 3rd party controllers. They may be cheap, but they can break faster, or have various problems.

if i recall well most third party hardware was disabled

whenever you make your choice, run it through a google search to see if its still compatible

also its worth the extra 30$ for the official controller, i still have 2 controllers from 2008 ( i will admit the analog stick feel "loose" but still its more than great) and they are fine, just dnt do anything stupid like through them at a wall.

just some advice, i mean you can be cheap, but then sort of it bites back at you.

I live in Australia and official ps3 controllers are like $100.(AUD)
