Does anybody know how to get the WeGame recorder to work in Crysis?

I've scoured the net but I can't find anything.

Don't want to use FRAPS because it only records in 30 second clips, and that's just stupid.

I was supposed to record something Monday, and now it's wednesday. In my defense it's because I haven't been able to find a good free screen recorder until now. not JUST because I'm a procrastinator

I haven't tested it in other games yet. I'll get around to it, though (uh-oh).

Well if you have a decent camera somewhere, you could just run FRAPs for the FPS counter (EDIT: I believe the FPS counter and benchmarking were free portions...) and mount the camera somewhere so we can see the FPS counter while you're playing so you don't get performance drops from recording with some screen capture program.

Though if you want a full on screen capture program, you could get FRAPs through other methods...

As for the WeGame recorder, I've never used or heard it before, I might try it now that you brought it up and I googled it!

Those "other methods" are dangerous, however.

Did you see the video quality of my laptop review? That's the best cam I have. I don't want to think about how crappy it would look if I tried recording the screen

Anyone else? Please?

If you don't need sound, you can just use the Crysis screen dump feature...

You could try Camstudio, I'm not sure how well it works for fullscreen games though.

Not really, I've never had a bad fraps download.

Unless you use torrents and go to dodgy websites you find by typing "Fraps serial" into google.
