I'd rather live as an American puppet country, than live under a guy who ran the country when inflation rate was at 2.6million %. The same guy who keeps rigging the election to stay in power, despite speed running the country into the ground.

But don't worry, he'll "boost" his popularity by "saber rattling" Guyana for the 100th time.

Something i forgot to mention a day ago is just how hypocritical rabid communist governments are. In Venezuela when the price of oil tumbled in 2014, the inflation and all the economic problems started. With a big part of it being far-leftist governments doing what far-leftist governments do. Spend money they are PROJECTED to have, not actually have in their banks. So after Maduro foolishly spent years worth of projected *not had* oil revenue on frivilous social schemes (ones that voted for him of course, the rest can starve for all he cares) there economy collapsed.

Also, there is a facade that right wing governments dont care about the environment yet leftists governments do, a statement that couldnt be further from the truth. Just look at the state of a big portion of Venezuelas oil refineries off shore. Ever since there economic collapse a decade ago, they have all been leaking oil into the Caribbean Sea to this day. Truth is neither the left or the right really care about the environment unless its an election issue (the right wing) or dont even worry about it at all since they dont have to have free elections anymore (the left). Another reason why this whole eco friendly carbon neutral crap is nothing more than a shakedown by worthless leftist activists to take money from people they deem unworthy the money they have (at least far less worthy than themselves and there friends who think like they do). If they genuinely cared they would be pressing China about the fact one country is responsible for over HALF the worlds pollution, and that includes India, a country with as many people as they have and are far less developed than they are (at least right now). and why? because unlike the sea shepherds of the 1980s where the environmentalists where genuinely brave people who risked there lives to stop what they believed to be things that were destroying the world (where they would approach whaling vessels in dinghys, in extremely dangerous seas) to try and stop businesses from killing whales for consumption and resources.

Now, the new gen z enviroterrorists, they just do it from their twitter or instagram feed and bully people into doing what they want from the safety of their living room. Also, they only ever select targets they know arent going to do anything to them in retailation. Which is why you never see them in China protesting them destroying the environment or stealing Tibet. Or in Saudi Arabia where woman are barely treated as human beings let alone equals. But they are more then happy enough to throw soup at priceless paintings in the london gallery. Or block highways so people cant get to and from work. Why? Because they know neither the people they could potentially get fired from being late to work nor the governments they live under arent going to do a damn thing to deter any of the crap they do. Things that wouldnt be tolerated for a second in the Middle East, China or any African country. When the third world seems normal and rational compared to the first world, you know we are living in the twilight zone
