He said the maximum pertition size is 524,289MB. It maybe displayed 512GB on Windous.
If you create the pertition bigger than 524,289MB, the USB loader can't display its.

I have only 20 gb of games on a 200 gb partition on a 700 gb drive

I use config loader with a fat partition of 930 gb
I have well over 500 games and do not have a single problem.

I also have triiforce mrc on the usb.

I would say go with fat 32 partition and config loader havent had any problems yet.
