Hardware WBFS Manager Extracting ISO

Hello every body, i'm french but i will try to explain my problem correctly!

I want to up my partition WBFS from 50go to 100go..
I extract ISO games with WBFS Manager 3.0 (when i extract ISO games, some ISO were 0.5Go or 1.2Go and not 4.37Go oO)
I resize my partition
I re-put ISO games extracted on my USB hard disk

Now my games don't work! (but if i install a new game, it works!)

So WBFS Manager 3.0 Extracting ISO doesn't work oO ? Why nobody say it on the website or on forum... ?

Someone can help me ? if you don't understand something, ask me ^^ thank you!

i used it 50% of the time and havent had any issues with it, try a different manager like Nubecoder's ncWBFSTool its great........
