Hacking WBFS And FAT error

Need help

before I want to burn a game I want to test them with the USB Mode in NeoGamma
but first it said WBFS Error and know it's saying FAT error but my USB stick must WBFS fomatted
and not FAT somebody Help me

and WBFS magager doesn't support .GCM or GameCube .ISO's

(The DVD Mode works but the USB mode not)
