Hi there,
I was cleaning my 3DS with some glass cleaner (I wet a cloth with the product and then clear the screens) when I accidentally poured a very little amount of it near the notifications led and now it's stuck in a dim green colour. I tried switching off the WiFi and went to the Browser to let the 3D light turn off (because they're both green) and also tried to remove the battery but still it's green.
I read online that some people also had this experience, for some the light went off one or two hours later (especially for one people that also got some water in his 3DS) but for others it's still green after a week. Anything else in the 3DS works flawlessly.
What do you think? Will the light turn off? Will the 3DS get damaged?

IMPORTANT EDIT: the light turns on when the 3DS is on and I noticed that when I press the R button it turns a little bit more brighter

NEVERMIND, now it's all ok

Just a reminder to people, if you get water or liquids on your 3ds switch it off and remove the battery until you are 100% satisfied it's dried out and all will be fine unless the liquid is conductive when dried out.

Was is screen cleaner or water you dropped in it? Also was the Console on when you spilt stuff into it?

The console was on but now it disappeared
