my 3ds is not working

I left my 3ds charging then the next day is doesn't turn on every time i pressed the power button only the green light would show then after a while I left it then it powered on when I was holding the select button and now I tried everything and it doesn't seem to be fixing any time soon my 3ds is modded and it's the original model

1- Blown Charging Fuse
2 - Blown Battery Fuse

Since it turned on when you pressed Select

3- Bad connection from the battery board to the mainboard.

Need more details of thing you did to try to charge it again, but you may need some tools to analyse and/ or repair it.

Tends to be exposed motherboard parts to metal from inside the consoles housing
Could be bad LCD connections

Maybe a full reassembly and clean connectors can resolve, also use kapton tape to cover metal parts from inside the housing.

If this doesn't solve, you may have a motherboard issue (like cracks in some components connection pads) and the device freezes because of a "hardware crash".
