I'm a drummer myself too and you've got to work on your finger technique and make more variations.
Also when you're using your double bass pedal you are jsut playing straight sixteens. Try to practice to get them more indepent off each other by i.e. play a lot of regular rhythms with your left foot instead of your right foot. And play regular rhytms but expand them with double bass.
I also recommend you watch Carter Beaufords "under the table and drumming" dvd.
He knows how to get indepent !

But yes people have told me that I am sloppy on the double bass, but I try I don't have enough to get some crazy shit and my parents won't pay for anything *bleh*. I'm getting the set back in the next two weeks so I'm going to work on a ton of techniques!

I'm now using pearl cheapest db set which feel a little cheap.

I would love to get Iron Cobra's right now I'm probably just gunna buy either a Pearl ($500) or my friend CB drums that he has barely even used ($350). I will probably just buy a cheap db too.

You're pretty good, you must have been playing the drums for a long time

Not bad but you've got to buy yourself a metronome your speed is not really steady, you go faster faster and faster. Playing with a metronome will really get you steady.
Also when you are doing jazz try to use your ride symbal instead of your hi-hat and try to get that jazz feel.

You should also watch some jazz solo's to give you a good idea

Yes, I do. I have gotten insanely fast at it too. I will have to post a video (probably tomarrow).

Yeah I have been play for probably about 6-7 years or so.

And buy yourself a metronome!

They are not that expensive i have a simple digital metronome from korg for like 25 euros.
Korg also makes in ear metronomes which are very usefull for drummers
