Homebrew Wanna transfer all my homebrew data from my current wii to another

Hello, i have a homebrewed nintendo wii family edition (no gamecube also my most current) and i wanna know, can i transfer all my data from my current wii to another wii (with gamecube slots and to also use cleanrip on gamecube discs) with no loss of data?

just install the homebrew channel
and insert the ds card you used on the old wii
just remember that the channels wont be moved but homebrew will

install the homebrew channel with modmii, wii.guide or etc on the new wii
then get sd card from old wii and put it in the new wii
