I don't have specific instructions, but for TortoiseSVN you could try one of these. Get the Linux version of Python 2.7. The di.bin file won't build, but you don't even need that anyway.

If it works, let me know. Otherwise, try a friend's computer or set up Virtualbox.

usually a wrong library version.
for example, missing c++ redist, or 32bit instead of 64bit, or 64bit instead of 32bit, etc.
