Im playing a GBA game atm (Megaman Battle network 5) But it seems i cannot 100% the game without trading. Is it possible to somehow export the game to my PC, and save edit it? Or like open it with a GBA emulator on the PC, and cheat what i cannot get, then reinport it?

I think you can export the save to pc, but you won't be able to reimport it to the 3ds.
