Hacking VC

Well, my gamecube controllers joy stick wont go left or right. Does anyone know how to fix it? i really want to play my gc backups and my vc titles.
and if the answer is LOLIDUNNO
Heres another question:
Is it possible to play N64 vc titles with a wiimote and a nunchuck? i know its not possible, but is there any kind of hack that can do that?

Oh also i have one of those big wireless gc remotes, i could take a picture if its needed, and i heard from somewhere that i could try taking off the case of it by unscrewing the screws out, but i used all the screwdrivers in my house and lolnothing.

You can use the homebrew emulator wii64, it support nunchuck and wiimote.

I don't think so, it sounds like the analog stick is broken and I don't know how to fix that.

Is it an original Nintendo or third party, apparently third part can have issue's.

I'm confused, why do you want to take your wavebird apart.

Go buy a use gamecube controller, surely you have a gamestop somewhere near you. A used official one cost about ten dollars.
