Gaming VBA .sav file to Supercard .sci file conversion

I know this is possible, as I have done it before. I cannot, for the life of me, remember how, though. How can I convert my Pokemon Fire Red .sav file from VBA to my supercard's .sci save file? I have read about the Supercard not being about to handle a 128kb save file, but I don't know how to get VBA to save a 64kb .sav file without the "1m sub circuit board" error. If this is possible using a different Pokemon GBA game, then that's fine, I just would love to know how to take pokemon from an emulator to a physical copy of Pokemon White or Fire Red. ( I own both.)

I know this is 100% possible, as I have done it before, and have the hacked-in Pokemon to prove it! I will be sure to check that thread, though. Thanks!
