UStealth USB works on wii U, but not on PC, even though it says it's in it's normal state

Hi,
So I got a brand new PC, that can now emulate Wii, and I wanted to try with my Wii U's USB, and since I've had UStealth, I tried unhiding it with v8 and v7, but it says the partition was unhidden, windows still dosn't recognise it
So I tried with USBHide on my Wii U, same thing, says it's good to go, but still dosn't work
I ran out of ideas, could somebody help me ?
