Hacking Using SD card button on main menu locks up Wii

Is there some file on there that could be causing it to do this? I can reset the Wii and it's fine, but anytime I try to access the SD card button, the Wii freezes.
The card works fine and has no issues. I can access it from Homebrew channel just fine.

I'm using BootMii, preloader, CIOSCORP v3.2, and DarkWiiExtended theme.

make sure you dont have any hack launchers on the sd card

e.g

TP Hack
Bannerbomb

bannerbomb is a channel so the sd menu will pick it up and crash so you might want to delete it for thr sd menu to work

Only thing I can think it would be is the boot.elf. It's the HackMii installer. The private folder has the bannerbomb in it, would it affect the SD card button without me having to go into the Wii Data Management menu?

Can I delete those two things and still be ok as far as accessing BootMii and preloader?

yes delete them as its only needed to hack the wii for the fist time to put the homebrew channel on once does it not needed unless you have deleted the homebrew channel and need to put it back on.

delete the boot.elf = Hackmii installer
delete the private/wii/title/aktn folder = bannerbomb

then all should be fine

i had the same issue so i renamed the aktn folder to aktn_norun. so next time i need to do the bannerbomb again, just rename the file back.
