Hi,
he cannot do that because of the browser's limitations, use the homebrew version instead, it's also more faster and you can use the home & tv buttons.
You can try to launch the URL in a new tab thought.

@Crayon2000 I wonder if would be possible to add a virtual keyboard overlay in the GamePad in the HBL version, to work with a preset keyboard region layout on PC side, would be fun to have full PC inputs to control your PC, it even would work if you mirror your PC on your smart TV, and your GamePad turns into your mouse/keyboard :P

What is this homebrew ?
From page one:
Wii U Homebrew
  • Select Homebrew for the Client Type.
  • Choose an available port for the UDP server. By default port 4242 is used.
  • Map the GamePad buttons to the wanted keys.
    • Left-click on the button to detect the input (keyboard or mouse).
    • Right-click on the button to show a pop-up menu. The Clear, vXbox, vJoy, Detect and Mouse option could be used to set a key.
  • Click on the Start button.
  • Start UsendMii Client.
    • Download latest version from GitHub.
    • Extract the archive content to the /wiiu/apps/ folder on your SD card.
    • Launch UsendMii Client from the Homebrew Launcher.
    • Change the IP address to the one shown in UsendMii (IP address to use in the homebrew).
    • Click on the A button.

UsendMii 0.6.0 is now available.

Changes:
  • Added new menu.
  • Reduced lag over time.

UsendMii Client 0.1.0 is also available (https://github.com/Crayon2000/UsendMii-Client/releases/latest)

Changes:
  • Compatible with UsendMii 0.6.0.

@pwsincd, I would be happy if it was added to the WiiuBru Appstore :)

cool, but maybe you can force it into a video or some kind of flash game thingy where the wii u browser hotkeys do not respond but it still sends the inputs?
It is a great project and I allready love it :yayu:

hey lads. i dont know if this is problem with tbhe software or with the gamepad itself, but windows doesnt seem to register the thumbsticks properly if they're in a diagonal position. It only registers their movement half way. What could it be?

I just tried the webpage, and it seems to be working fine. The numbers register just fine. The problem I'm facing is that the axis simply won't max out

I got the left stick pushed as far as it will go on the diagonal, but that's as far as I can get it to go on Windows. On the nintendo website, it worked just fine, I was able to push it to the max, so that it would touch the circle.
Maybe I'm doing something wrong?

When i put the site in my 3ds it says error code 032-1028
Hello, your 3DS and PC must be on the same network and you need to make sure that your firewall on your PC is not blocking the communication.

The obvious things: Client Type must be Internet Browser and you must click on the Start button to activate the HTTP server.
To test the server open a web browser on your PC and paste the URL. You should see the UsendMii info page.

Discovered this neat lil' tool and prefer it over using my almost dead 3DS but for some reason I can't seem to get it to work. Gamepad says it's connected with homebrew, PC server started but the PC never gets input. I just wanna play UMvC3 lol.
