On Windows you should be able to do it. Out of the box, it supports mouse and keyboard bindings. You should also be able to simulate other controllers by using third party tools (vJoy and ViGEm).

Sorry for bumping a thousand year old thread, but is there's a dedicated application to this thing for my 3ds? I hate it, when i press a button, and it does two things at the same time, with one of them being on the 3ds browser.
For example, the "Select" button activates my "Backspace" button on pc, but also brings up the "Actions Menu" on the 3ds browser, and it's a little bit annoying.

Edit: pls don't come after me like "this wasn't built for the 3ds anyways", i just want an answer whether an application for using UsendMii exists or not!
